I have a question tho, what is the music that sounds when walking to this big building right before the entrance, at the pond next to the lion statue and the candles? Sounds like a traditional drum and kyoto joyful music, I HAVE THIS IN MY BRAIN AND shazam couldn't recognize it. could you tell me the author, where I can find this track?

launching the game just shows a screen saying "I'll call later" repeatedly and in different languages?
Yeah, it should launch the game after that screen. If it doesn't, I'd love to hear what platform you're on.
windows 10, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Nvidia RTX 3060
also the launcher says Graphics quality: ERROR
also attempting to close the game gives the 'not responding' message box.
When it shows the "I'll call later" screen, do you hear any audio?
I would try unzipping the game again, maybe in a different location like your Desktop, and running with compatibility settings (try Windows 8).
The graphic quality showing ERROR is actually okay/intended.
Tested on Windows 11, Ryzen 9 7900, Nvidia RTX 4070 but nothing noteworthy. Let me know if I can be of any more help, sorry about that.
